Orfus rd, is an industrial building, car wash, mechanics, that a had a second floor addition added over the existing 1 STY for more office spaces.
The building is in the heart of Toronto with high car traffic Challenged site with operational business under the old roof and removed after the new roof was installed and enclosed the exterior walls.

This Prince Edward Home is a restored house that features all green materials. Given a sleek modern interior, this home also features and underground tank used to store rain water to help reduce water costs. A second floor addition was added to the existing bungalow.
